Withdrawal Policy


1. Right of Withdrawal
Customers may withdraw from their purchase within 12 hours of placing an order. After this period, cancellations or withdrawals will not be accepted.

2. Address for Withdrawal Requests
To exercise the right to withdraw, you must inform me, Hopeton Bartley, of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement (e.g., via email). You may use a withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw within the allowed period, any payments received from you will be refunded in full within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a replacement. To request a replacement, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide photographic evidence of the damage. Replacements will be issued at no additional cost.

5. Return of Unwanted Items
If you no longer want or need the item, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers must bear the direct costs of returning unwanted goods. Refunds will only be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

7. Exclusions from Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Items that have been used or are not returned in their original condition.
